Description

Where does time go? BASEMENT celebrates six years with an outstanding lineup of some of our favorite artists. Eerste Communie co-founder MARRØN is back in the room to lay down. Few artists possess the stark power that MARRØN summons regularly - his sets are defined by rippling, percussive techno that radiates undiluted energy. Nebbieri represents Tbilisi and Bassiani, where she holds a residency. Her last set at BASEMENT was a standout, showcasing Nebbieri’s capacity for both spacious depth and riveting kinetic vibrancy. Lydo is, of course, a resident at BASEMENT and the organizer behind the X.TRA-Services party series. They are a true powerhouse, able to navigate between the blistering, the climactic and the lush with total fluency and elegant cohesion. The Carry Nation’s Nita Aviance goes b2b with Mike Servito. It’s a pairing that cannot fail - both artists are definitive paragons of modern NY house, with the decades behind the decks to back up their visions. Nita’s love of a euphoric moment cuts perfectly against Servito’s nasty hit-and-run style. Come bear witness to two artists at the apex of craft, sparring and flowing for the love of the game. Natuta puts it simply: “I like music and music likes me.” The founder of Eau de Cologne - a monthly queer party at Bassiani - Natutua’s raw and raucous style holds nothing back, at moments going over the cliff into trippy punk savagery. Frequent collaborators Meilgaarden and Ian Crane wrap it with a neon-hued trip through rave aesthetics, balearic groove, sunrise anthems, progressive rollers and much more. ■ No photos or videos ■ Ticket purchase does not guarantee entrance ■ No phone use on the dancefloor ■ The dance floor is for dancing, not conversation ■ No glowing/flashing clothes or items ■ Respect other people's space, no shuffling ■ Consent is mandatory ■ Zero tolerance for racism, homophobia, transphobia, sexism, ableism or any form of discrimination ■ Take care of each other, alert our staff if somebody isn't feeling well ■ Violating the house rules will result in removal PLEASE REVIEW HOUSE POLICIES AT LINK BELOW
