Taimur is a New York DJ/Producer residing in Miami. Runs Blkmarket Music record label and T-Bag Records vinyl emporium. A seasoned veteran DJ for over 25 years, he's done it all. Taimur conceived the infamous Blk|Market Membership parties in NYC from 2006-2017 and was a resident DJ. He was the head dance buyer and started the US distribution wing for many US labels at Halcyon Records shop from 2008 until 2016. Taimur’s work helped lead the resurgence of the local Brooklyn scene. With 18+ years of history and accolades for helping to revive one of the world’s most important dance music scenes, Taimur and Blk|Market Membership holds a highly esteemed position as architects of New York’s contemporary scene.
