Max Sprauer is a NY born & Brooklyn based DJ. In his record bag you'll find a variety of genres: house, techno, electro, and even a little trance - all of which remain cohesive and fill his sets with hypnotic grooves with intricate rhythms. When Max isn't playing an event or curating a party, he has been hard at work getting his record label off the ground, Pearled Records. The label has already gained a fair amount of traction in the U.S. and across the pond with their first vinyl release 'ELON - TSCHMANIK EP' in September 2021. Joining Max, long-time NYC fixture Chavez. Placing emphasis on quality first, Chavez has helped curate the Brooklyn based imprint, Nil, into a respected output for electronic music. Aside from label duties, he has made his rounds throughout NYC's vibrant underground scene to other national and international locations. Making appearances on Boiler Room and venues that include Hi Ibiza, Club Der Visionaere, H0l0, Flash to private warehouses; playing alongside and opening for DJs like The Martinez Brothers, Petre Inspirescu, John Dimas, Kenny Larkin, Exos, Christian AB, Anthea, The Ghost, Gene On Earth, and Anthony Parasole to name a few; the self-proclaimed vinyl junkie has helped solidify himself as a purveyor for keeping the bar high when it comes to electronic music. It is this same drive towards quality that has helped Chavez carefully select and manipulate records from all eras of dance music to create one cohesive statement. Looking to blur the lines of genre, Chavez carefree energy has helped propel him to become one of NYC's respected selectors.
